These legal provisions regulate your interaction with The 444 Funding Exchange. By enrolling in or employing this platform, you formally accept these Terms.

The Funding Exchange operates as a professional networking marketplace to link intellectual assets, startups, and creative ventures with interested financiers, publishers, and strategic buyers. 444 serves strictly as a bridge and intermediary party. Except where stipulated in a separate contract, 444 does not provide financial advice, brokerage services, or act in a fiduciary capacity for any users.
2. Membership Protocols
All participants must submit truthful data when establishing profiles or presenting ventures. You are held accountable for the safety of your login details. We reserve the right to restrict or close accounts that violate our usage policies or integrity standards.
3. Listing Guidelines
Those listing projects are fully liable for the veracity and legality of their shared content. 444 retains the right to moderate, edit, or remove entries at our discretion. Our hosting of a project does not signify an endorsement, proof of valuation, or any guarantee that a commercial transaction will reach completion.

5. Proprietary Privacy
Users must treat sensitive commercial data discovered here as confidential. Disclosure or distribution of such data is strictly prohibited unless used for the sole purpose of evaluating a formal deal.
6. Non-Circumvention Policy
If a commercial contact is initiated through this platform, users are forbidden from bypassing 444 to finalize a deal independently. All transactions originating here must be processed through The 444 Group unless written consent is provided.
7. User Due Diligence
Members are solely responsible for their financial choices. No content here serves as professional tax or legal counsel. We strongly advise seeking independent expertise before committing to a transaction.
8. Expressions of Interest

10. Ownership of Rights
Original owners keep all intellectual property rights. By uploading, you permit 444 to display and promote your project within the limits of the Exchange’s operations.
11. Conduct Rules
Prohibited actions include identity fraud, data scraping, unauthorized distribution of private info, or attempting to evade success-based facilitation fees.
12. System Uptime
We strive for constant availability, but technical updates or external outages may cause temporary service interruptions.
13. Limitation of Liability
444 is not liable for financial losses resulting from transactions made via the platform, to the maximum extent allowed by UK law.
14. Account Closure
We may terminate access for term violations or security risks. Confidentiality and non-circumvention rules remain active even after an account is closed.
15. Policy Updates
We may modify these terms as the platform evolves. The current version will always be hosted on this URL.
16. Jurisdictional Law
These terms are governed by the legal systems of England and Wales, with exclusive court jurisdiction therein.
